Wondering, how can one make letters in the title bar CAPITAL other than the first letter?

It is a feature set down in the BOWELS of vBulletin software that prevents people from "Shouting" in all caps. It is set the way it is by default. I'm too lazy to go and find it and disable it (or enable it, which ever) It really is a pain to dig through all the controls/setting to find it.

By first typing it in the message box and then copying and paste. At least it worked that way when I previewed it. See my title bar.
