All,

You likely just received an email from the ORR.net webmaster (me) that said something like...

Some days or weeks ago you joined Open Roads Radio .net forum and your application became "stuck" in our anti-spambot defense system.
During our monthly server maintenance we "unstick" all these folks and grant them full membership... and then they get this email.

This involves a great deal of button pushing (and they are tiny little buttons) to make happen. One of the multitude of steps is to select the proper user groups to send the email to, and if you leave out that step, well then, everybody gets the email, not just the "stuck in spam trap limbo" users.

So shoot me. :spank:

Please accept our apologies. But if getting the email brings you back on board after a long absence then perhaps that is a good thing. And if you were "stuck" then you are now unstuck and have full membership privileges and welcome aboard.

I guess it could have been worse. At least we didn't try to sell you Viagra. :hello:

Andy,

Try a handful of M&Ms and an active imagination. It's cheaper.

Yeah, but M&Ms have lots of caffeine. Bad for me, but good for some folks.

AS i Replied, Slightly rewritten for posting.. I did join some weeks ago over 100 weeks ago (As one of the earlier joiners here).. And have been posting for some time.

As for how that message got sent out.. (I assume a computer glitch). I keep telling folks "When have you heard of a first day roll out of a web page that went 100% Right?" Well this applies to software upgrades as well.. Every time they upgrade it's a new "1st day" rollout wise, and ..

Well. My guess is they upgraded.

I had not been here in months so at least for me it brought me back to see what is going on.
