Hello! I’m new to the net. My wife and I enjoy camping in our Motor Home. We are part time campers. We do travel a bit as we have grandchildren in Texas and North Carolina. We tow my “amusement park on wheels” (2 door Jeep Rubicon) or bicycles.
I am retired US Coast Guard, and work as a Tow boat Captain pushing barges on the Mississippi River, its tributaries and the Intracoastal waterway.
I’m not as active on the radio as I once was. I do carry a dual band HT with me in the Motor Home when traveling. I try to check in on local nets when I can.
