I noticed that DTV has a disaster recovery kit available on their website.
It's only $49 and includes a dual LNB 16" dish, 75' of coax install tools and a 3 foot tripod very similar to the EZ UP Tri Pods I have purchased in the past for ham use. They even include the tools to put it together and a short mast so it's ready to go for the satellite dish and or your vertical while RVing. :think:
That's only $49 and they pay the shipping, you just pay sales tax.
Not a bad deal at all.
You do have to be a DTV customer to get this deal.
