First recipe here, French Onion Rice

Since steeling and reposting recipes is a national pastime, and there has to be a firs tone and www.eversave.com was kind enough to send me one that looked quick, easy, and ... "Interesting" (only 4 ingredients) I took it to tonight's pot luck


Title: French Onion Rice
Keywords: Rice, side dish, one dish

1 cup rice, uncooked
1 can French Onion soup, condensed (I used Campbells)
1 can Beef consomme or beef broth (Campbells Consomme)
1/2 stick butter

Put in casserole, stir, bake at 350-400 for one hour or till liquid is absorbed


HOLD ON TO YOUR TASTE BUDS.. This stuff is intense
