Yes Wade you are due for renewal February 2018. I don't think ARRL notifies anyone, or if they did the guy I noted ignored it. There is someone that will do the renewal for you but I think it costs more than $10. Save the money and do it yourself for free, only takes a couple minutes of your time. Go to this web site:

When my BIL came up for renewal I sent him the link, he replied "That was easy". DS did his the same way last year.
You can renew 90 days in advance of the expiration so in another month you should be in the window. Go to the web page, click on "Licensing" then drop down to "renew license" and go through the procedure. You aren't asked if you have ever been convicted of a felony on the renewal. If you have never been on the FCC site before you will have to set up an account with a password. Have your FRN handy.
