Well.. I've only tried to check into the FMCA net one time.. From Pender NE

However where as the O/P was talking about a net telling a QSO in progress to move, or causing interference to it.

I'm covering the other side of the issue

In my case the net was in progress when a couple of good old boys decided to QSO right on top of us..

So it goes both ways folks, IT goes both ways

Courtesy says. if there is a QSO *OR* net in progress... MOVE

In fact.. The law says that too. You can file a formal complaint if you wish.

Exception: When an emergency net wished to use the same frequency we were using for our net. even though we were in progress at the time.. We moved. A quick poll of our net was taken and WE moved.. And stayed on the new frequency till the situtation (Hurricane) was resolved and that net secured.
