I am working on the general class upgrade to open up more frequencies that I can use.

Thanks for the info on the NGP problem with the fiberglass body on the MH.

I was thinking of a J-pole attached to the ladder of the MH not to exceed the height of the ladder. Looking at a couple of different options for doing this. But would like to make it myself instead of purchasing one. Was looking at PVC with the twin lead running up the inside. Also looking at a copper pipe J-pole design. In any case I need an SWR meter before attempting this project. I have a few month to decide on designs to solve the NGP issue.

You have given my some ideas that I will look into and consider for my project MH
