No you should not have to move, the net need to find another clear frequency and then should move. This would not be a problem if they didn't have the I own the frequency attitude and would use some curiosity and asked in a nice way, instead of demanding you to move then stomp all over you. I believe that 90% of the nets are useless waste of band space and just a bunch of good old boys. I have noticed a big change in the bands over the last 30 years, the rude, LID was a rare thing on the band but now it is just the opposite and 20 meters is the worst band out there. Seems things started to change when the FCC stopped giving the tests.
