Default MH Setup Complete

The radio setup is now complete with the FT-897 for the MH, an IC-207 for the car and a VX-170 for portable use around the camp grounds so the wife and I can find each other.
She is going to get her tech license May 3rd.
We hope to camp ground host and do other volunteer work while full timing and I think this setup will work well for us. The home is now ready to sell so I can put it on the market and see what happens. But from what I hear we may be here for awhile selling it.
The good news is that the home and property are only worth what a rental payment or less will costs someone so maybe I am in the right market to sell.
Time will tell.
If anyone needs a ham friendly area and home there are no antenna restrictions, HOAs or CCRs here. All mine were taken down but the property still has a tower base (5'x5x'5' of concrete for self supporting towers)and underground conduit leading to it from under the house. One of the spare bedrooms has also been wired for an amp with 220v and extra 120v service as well.
There is also plenty of parking for an RV.
