For those of us that would llike to learn different modes of operations, check out this website on You Tube, it is run by K7AGE, what a wealth of knowledge...I can't even remember how I found this site...but it is truly worth looking at.... here is the website http://ca.youtube.com/profile?user=K7AGE I believe you will not be dissapointed...he explains everything...so much to look at

This guy lives up the hill from me and I have talked with him on 2 meters. I was running APRS on my commute to work and had a message that I monitored the local repeater and he called me on it one day and we talked about APRS and such. I see him on my home aprs map all the time. He has made some really great videos and is a really nice guy. I need to drive up and meet him someday.
