Default Newbie to camping and Ham

Hello,
My wife and I bought our first TT last year and really enjoy it. Going to install VHF/UHF setup and maybe my 10M soon, just a tech for now. Looking forward to absorbing info on this site. We are looking at MH so we have more options for transportation, scooter, Miata, golf cart, or 4×4.

Hi, Chris. Welcome aboard. Ask us anything. We'll always answer, while trying to avoid revealing that we haven't a clue.

Considering the scooter/golf car. If you go with a motor home consider a Diesel and tow a moderate size pickup truck, use ramps (From lowes or Home Depot) to load the golf cart. or in the case of the scooter.. Well The scooter I got for my wife was 250 pounds shippign and I could pick it up and load it.

Most folks could not,
