There are some folks running around on the internet claiming to be "RV doctors" or "the RV doctors"

Default Not quite, OM

Actually, Gary Bunzer has copyright and trademark registration on the title.

Check out FMCA (Family Motorhome Camping) Magazine or http://www.rvdoctor.com.

You know the official medical term for that is "digital exam" ??

I studied Boolean, logic, gates, flip-flops, clocking and all sorts of stuff. Knew it cold! And then they did the most disgusting thing to me. They didn't want to know anything about computers.

OK, let's give a little quiz. You know about 1 and 0. In switching algebra, those are the only two values. They are the "identities":

1 "or" anything = 1
0 "and" anything = 0

Every Boolean algebra has two identities (one for each of the two binary functions, in this case "and" and "or"). In switching algebra, those are the only two values, 0 and 1. In some Boolean algebras the two identities are different from these, and some Boolean algebras don't even have 0 or 1 as possible values.

Quiz: What is the restriction on how many values a variable in a Boolean algebra can have?
