Default Here we go again...back in the deep freeze

What is seldom mentioned about all this "polar vortex" stuff is this is pretty normal for the way north American weather works. It's just this years temperatures are a bit extreme. Here in the south our weather is an oscillation of of warm gulf air coming up for awhile, only to be pushed out to sea (with accompanying rain and storms) by a high pressure system coming down from Canada. And it cycles over and over again.

It's not the apocalypse. It's just a lot of crappy cold weather.

And it kills off the kudzu and the bugs. Bring it on!
