Almost Ready To Roll!
OK, finally after many months since the purchase of our RV (Oct of last year) and much preparation it's ready to roll full time and I have a buyer for the home.
All long as this buyer does not die they should be good to go.
They have adequate money to pay my equity and a loan or assumption of my loans should not be a problem
Maybe I will be on the road by 1 Oct??
Can't go too far for the first few months as our 3rd grandchild and our daughter's first is due in Feb. But then again the Phoenix area is not too bad to Winter in and that's where our kids live (better them than me!)

Good luck, watch out for the crazies, and don't stay in one place to long, the cob webs are tough to get out from underneath.

Ken, truly enjoy yourself and good luck to the birth of the 3rd grandchild, we had our first in January and it truly is a nice feeling. Hope everything goes as planned...

The XYL is now on the other computer looking at camp ground hosting sites.
Of course that will be next spring to host and travel after the child is born.
We will stick around here as there is not much since in leaving now.
Then we may host 3-6 months a year we are thinking.
Keep you busy and helps the budget.

Glad to hear you finally got a buyer for the house Ken. Hope you and the XYL have a great time full timing. Know that you are also looking forward to the new grandchild. We are expecting a grandchild here as well. A Christmas baby, due December 26th.
(Near Ozark, AL tonight.)

Interesting. Our last grandson was born on Xmas Eve late in the afternoon.
They named him Justin Andrew.
I told them they had it all wrong and that kid's name was Justin Time.
Justin Time for Xmas that is.

Things are progressing nicely are we are now in escrow.
We are think TX will be the home state. Central to our travels I am thinking this might also be a good place to winter.
I guess they have yearly inspections of vehicles there and I am not sure how we will handle that. I wonder how you handle that if you are not in the state when it's time to do it?
At least the registrations are cheaper than here in AZ! When we bought the used unit we got tagged for $1330 in fees!.
I am watching those plates close as they must be made of gold

Veh Inspections
Inspection not a problem in Texas, When you return in state, get the inspection. I think you have 72 hours to do so. I keep a copy of out of state fuel purchase as proof of entry date. Registration plates renew without proof of current inspection. You only need proof of insurance filed with registration renewal. No income tax in Texas is also a nice Benefit!
