Default Howdy from West Texas

Hi all,
My name is Callen (WJ5G) and my wife is Sally (KB5SJA). We both just retired and just bought our first "Home away from Home". We are in the process of getting prepared for our first trip and are getting pretty excited.

I say we are getting ready but Sally is getting ready for the trip and I'm in the process of figuring out just where I want to mount the radios, the best way to run the coax, and what type of antenna to get.

Hope to catch some of you on the air or maybe even face to face sometime.

73,

Callen

Congratulations on your retirements! I'm still trying to decide on an antenna for our travel trailer.

Howdy Callen,
I just ran across this forum. Also in West Texas although a good ways from you. It is a BIG place, hihi. We just bought our first motorhome and getting it outfitted. I hope to be QRL from a campground / RV Park in the near future as a recreational RVer.

Very 73,
