Default Puzzle 15

This number puzzle has been making the rounds on social media. Perhaps you have seen it. It's got me stumped for now. Usually I'm pretty good at pattern recognition but this time I am clueless.

24 hour rule. (For the newbies, the ORR.net 24 hour rule means do not post the answer for 24 hours so that more members have a chance to enjoy the puzzle)

On edit: Yeah I figured it out. Easy. So what is the relationship between the numbers?

I got it figured out. More of a logic problem than a math problem.

The answer is: In each equation you add the two numbers together for the last 2 (or 1) digits in the answer. The first digit (or 2) in each answer is subtracting the two digits in the equation.
For example: 6 + 4 = ( )10. Subtract 6 - 4 = 2 ( ) answer - 210
15 + 3 = ( ) 18 15 - 3 = 12 ( ) Answer 1218
Is that clear as mud?

I got it!!!

Of course I have also seen this problem before. Figured it out fairly quickly. It amazes me why sometimes I can get the answer so fast and then at other times no answer ever comes. My mind does work in mysterious ways....

Stated somewhat more simply, it's the difference followed by the sum.
