Just found this site. Licensed for 42 years, Extra since 1978. Fulltimed in a DP for almost 10 years but now live in a manufactured home in Central FL. Just picked up a 2017 TT. I have my Eagle One mounted on the bumper but currently have no HF rig to put in it. Last TT we had I ran a Yaesu 857D, or an IC 706mKIIG or an Elecraft KX3 depending on when you ask!
I am thinking of throwing a KX2 in this one maybe followed by a HardRock 50 amp for those rare occasions I might want to run phone, or maybe I'll just find a nice used 706MKIIG and be done with it.
Still working on a neat feed through the coax.
