Default LP tank transport soulution.

Everybody has probably seen this one but me, however, I thought the Hand-e Hauler was the best solution to transporting LP tanks that I have come across. I was about to build my own solution when I came across this quite by accident at PEP BOYS.

Cost: About $10, bungee cord not included. Also hauls certain sized gasoline cans, and #30 LP tanks.

In spite of all the dire warnings of carrying a bomb in my basement, I carry a tank for my grill in the basement. Looks like this could be a more secure way to tie down the tank. Thanks

Default Lp tank

On the pick-up, I use a conduit hanger (beam clamp) with an eyelet clamped to the under side of the bed lip and a bungie strap .
run the strap through the tank handle and back to the eyelet, holds the tand upright and works very well ,,,, total cost $5.00 maybe.

BTW: Glad to see the site back up !

I carry my 20 lb tank in a milk crate I found along I-45. Good fit and easy to handle. Best of all it was FREE.
