Default New here

My name is Ed Maikranz, KG5UN, from Abilene Texas. I am a firefighter/EMT for the city, hoping to retire in about 3 years. I have been a ham for about 23 years, but have been into radio for much longer.
We have a 2011 Passport 3050BH TT that we pull with a 2005 Ford Excursion.
My main rig is a Kenwood TS-2000 both at home and in the RV, I use a windom for HF and loops for 6, 2 and 432 at home, and an Ultimax100 end fed HF when portable.

Glad to be here.
