That would be

Brown = 1
Black = 0
Grey = 00000000

Which then is 1,000,000,000 or 1 Giga-Ohm, to a 5% precision.

I have to assume Andy's interpretation of color is correct, as my old tube monitor is still pretty sharp, but flat panels beat it bad when it comes to color and contrast.
