True Intelligence
Is a mixture of Knowledge and Common Sense !
Many have “KNOWLEDGE” but lack the “COMMON SENSE” to use it properly.
Many others have “COMMON SENSE”, but seem to lack the required “KNOWLEDGE” to make it useful .
It appears to be becoming increasingly difficult to find people who have both quality’s AND the ability to use them to any good effect.
ESPICHALLY in GOVERNMENT, MANAGEMENT, and ENGINEERING !
