Yep. Sure do. There were no MRE's in the 60's.

I know it as a P38.

Rumor was it was named a 38 P for the 38 punctures required to open a C-Ration can.

I saw this over on Facebook. Didn't recognize it for a while, but it finally dawned on me what it was. Never was issued one, but did have one in my frame pack when I was a kid.
