We camped at Bill Frederick last Feb. It is the least expensive public campground that is close to International Drive-Universal, etc. Very clean, nice grounds, large park. Some campers rode their bicycles to Universal which is about 1-2 miles south. Sites are very nice but some are not level. Nice folks

If you're going to the Orlando Hamcation, you can camp onsite. Electricity but no sewer, but there's a dump station someplace. They offer sites in the outdoor flea-market area, and other sites outside it. If you're a vendor you want to be in the flea market (I've done that), and if you're not a vendor you want to be outside the flea market.
