:hello:Hello everyone. Art here in Port Republic, nestled against the beautiful Mullica River, just west of the Garden State Parkway in Southern New Jersey.
When I retired in April of 06, I bought an Airstream (2006 Safari 25' FB SE LS) and a new F150 to tow it with. I've equipped the truck with a FT-857 & the ATAS 120. I plan on setting up my backup rig (TS-430s) in the trailer and doing some light hamming when I camp.
I'm always interested in any antenna projects, especially those applicable to easy assembly and break-down for use with the Kenwood. When the HF bands are poor I often listen to 146.520 simplex in the truck. I hope to hear you on the air.
