New ham, new to forum

I just got my technician license early this month and am testing for my general early next month. I am now in the gear buying phase and just got my Kenwood transceiver in yesterday. The antennas in the attic (we have a huge, open attic) starts next week.

DW and I like to rv in our 34’ class A and are planning a three month trip to Western Canada and Alaska this summer.

I will have lots of newbie questions, especially about setting up and using a rig in the motorhome. Nice to be here.

Just got my general test out of the way this week. Now to get some antennas up and get on the air! Next week I am having a antenna party and plan to put up two Alpha-Delta dipoles. Should be fun.
