I don't have any interest in this company. I would just like to share a good thing with the group. If you thought "micro-fiber cloths" were good the first time you used one, you will like this. A friend of mine, down in Beverly Hills, FL, who does not RV put me wise to this product. He rides motorcycles and puts a lot of miles on his Ford F250 traveling. He uses this cleaning sponge to get the hard to remove "lovebugs" and other critters off his vehicles. Let me tell you it works. We were impressed. The sponge appears to be rough and you would think it would scratch the finish but we have never had it damage ours. It can be used on about any surface. We cut the sponges in half and they seem to last forever. The ONLY place I am aware you can order them is HERE (http://www.bosssponge.com/). The front of our 5er is a mess right now from the lovebugs. I just ordered 3 packs so it will be awhile before we order again.

I don't really recall Galen. I assume it would do well on the "black streaks" also. Another thing that works well are those "Bounce Dryer Cloths". You know you put them in the dryer with your clothing to get rid of static cling and freshen the clothes. You can fold a couple of those together, wet them and use them to clean streaks and bugs with. It takes very little mussle power. You can purchase a generic type much cheaper at Dollar Stores, etc., that work just as well. They do a good job.

I have used the dryer sheets for love bugs, never tried it out for black streak though....might give it a whirl. Got to clean the camper from our last trip a couple of weeks ago, just been too busy lately. Hopefuly can get to it this weekend!

Took me a long time to decide to start cleaning the RV. Lot of other things I like to do better.
Anyway, I tried out the BOSS Sponges, and you were certainly right, they are terriffic!!!! Could not believe how well they worked. Worked just as well on metal, fiberglass, rubber, and glass. Will have to try them on other things.
Thanks for the info on this product, it was well worth the money.

You are welcome Dick. I'm glad they worked for you. We try to keep some here in the house and in the shop. We cut them in half. A whole one is actually larger than needed for most applications. Thank you for the report.

Just got back from 4K mile trip in our TT. The front was bug city. Did not have a chance to wash on the road. I had ordered the Boss Sponges a few months ago and yesterday used one for the first time. Washing bugs and black streaks was a breeze! It did cut my cleanup time in half or better. I could not see any scratches on the surfaces either which is a plus. I was able to remove some black marks on our doors that I thought would never come off. Very nice product. We like em fine :cheer:
