ALL:

The ECHOLINK Net is really going well, everytime we have the net we have more HAMs logging on to it.:radio:

Tonight (Monday) we had a great Net going.

With that being said, we now have HAMs from RI, CT, MI, FL, AK/FL on the net. What say we change the time of the net to 8pm EST on Monday and Friday to give the CST, MST and PST HAMs a shot at it and on Saturday Night at 9pm EST?

What are your suggestions, This is Your/Our Net. Lets have some fun.

No problem!

I enjoy HAM radio very much, have made a bunch of good friends on it.
I know that many HAMS don't have a radio in their RVs but they do have a computer. By having ECHOLINK on their computers they can reach out and communicate with others HAMs while on the road.

Many thanks to all who have participated in the ECHOLINK Nets. Hope to get many more involved.

Gene,
You're not doing anything wrong. Bob was sick and couldn't get on. I didn't get home till 1915. We'll try again Friday.

Sorry I missed you Gene. I've been leaving EchoLink connected but selecting the "busy mode" when I leave the computer. I connect to the local repeater here through it almost daily. My son (N4XCI) has installed an EchoLink connection to the only amateur repeater in our county (W4WEB-R).

I probably will not be on Friday. It's the XYL's birthday and we have plans. Will look for you guys on the next net.

Tried getting on Monday, but the hotel Wi-Fi in Savannah wasn't too keen on opening the required ports. Will try again on Friday from West Palm Beach, FL. In Melbourne, FL now and no luck here either with EL.

Will be looking for you and others Andy. What time do we meet tonight (Friday)? If Bob cannot be on tonight I have my system set up for a conference profile, you may connect to my call. I've forgotten the times though.

73 for now.

If nothing pops up this evening, I'll try to get on the EchoLink net tonight at 1900EST (unless the time has changed?).
Been a busy month, 2 weeks FL & cruise then 2 weeks (5 days off & on) working with CERT at the Kleen Energy blast site in CT.
Hope to get on tonight.

Saw where a couple of you guys had connected to me while I was out of the room. Sorry I missed you Andy and Randy. I'll try to remember to turn up the volume.
