Well I guess the only thing I can say is the radio was built in 1972 I turned it into a repeater in 1996 and the only thing I have had to do to it was clean the card contacts and it sure was nice to have ALL the information needed to repair the radio. We have a few Master II's running and have found issues like rubber bands stuck in the tuning slugs because the slugs were too loose to stay put and other strange things but they do play and there is an outfit in NH that makes a nice plug in repeater controller for them bottom line hams are cheap so we then to use old junk no matter who made them.
