Not as violent, yet, as was suspected. Not predicted but suspected. But it's not over yet. As for rainfall all I know so far is plenty and some of it has been pretty hard. I did see a spot on TV news last night where all the fishermen and the Army COE were excited about what this was going to do to Lake Lanier and some of the other half empty lakes across the region.

Turns out the NWS and SPC folks were holding back on their public, published official forecasts. The reason I posted in the first place was because of some of the private chatter I had come across.

But they were right about this...it's a lousy weekend to be out camping!!
