2 diced cucumbers
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup sour cream
salt n pepper to taste
Mix it all together and let stand in the fridge for an hour or so..use it on sandwiches, as veggie dip, great on fried chicken or chicken fried pork or steak...
And I LIKE to cook sometimes too, but not all the time, and DEFINITELY not in the summer time, WA8YXM...you can come and cook in my lil kitchen anytime!!
My problem with the cooking is the cleaning up afterwards LOL!
