I am willing to tackle a project like this, but in retrospect, I prefer a model with a larger basement. The bus pictured below is for sale on the internet right now for $35k. Of course when we are able to afford it in about 2 years (cash--I hate loans) it won't be for sale! I'm sure there are more like it. We are dead set on having a classic bus, whether we build it or buy it--either way!
