Exactly. The pocket is as deep as the door is wide. The door travels on a track on the ceiling.

I had an aunt who had a double pocket door that opened into her dining room. The left and right hand doors disappeared into a wall that was about 8 in thick.

It was cool because when opened the doors were out of the way.

Earlier versions of this trailer had accordion doors, but at some point they went to the pocket.
