Wade,

It looks like the whole wall has dropped. Your square touches the trim strip in the middle. If it was just the floor sagging, the bottom of the trim strip would still line up with the main part of the floor. Is there any evidence of the wall sagging on the outside of the trailer?

How far along the wall does this condition exist?

Most of these rigs have a OSB substrate under the carpeting or vinyl. On my Cougar, it's a full 5/8" thick, but I can't tell you what the Rockwood should be. Can you find a 2009 sales brochure or spec sheet on the Rockwood website? That might give you some insight to the construction of the wall and floor.

Last question: Do you know anyone that has a moisture meter? It might be very worthwhile to do some testing in that area. Better to find it early on.
