If you have your camper stocked up with food, clothes and a couple of firearms, you are ahead of the game.
The key is to get on the road before the road becomes congested with others trying to do the same thing. Get as far away from civilization as possible.
If you find a place that also has good spring water and shelter from the winds and can stay, you should be able to stay until you run out of food.
As long as you can replenish your food supply and use firewood for cooking and only use the generator to recharge the batteries - you can extend your time to 6 months or even 1 year if you had cache's of food and supplies stored at your bug out location.
