Of course it will. Where the light from both bulbs (A and B) hits the screen, it will be much brighter than it is where only the light from Bulb A hits because the light from Bulb B is prevented (by Bulb A) from hitting the screen. That brightness difference is the shadow of Bulb A in the light of Bulb B.
