It is, as was it's predecessor the TS570. It's hard to buy any accessories for those radios, as everything you can think of is already built in.

Antenna tuner, antenna switch, DSP, speech processor, on and on. It's all in there already.

I guess you could get the desk mic, but I personally have never liked desk mics. I have a D-104 that goes with my HW-101 and that's the only one I have ever had. I really like a HEIL headset. That's the way to go!
