A lot of guys make antenna bumpers out of them, cut into short (like 3 in) sections. When the big vertical lays over on the roof the noodle bumpers protect the rubber roof from damage.
UV light/weather eats them up though, so new bumpers get put on every year. But one noodle makes about 5 years worth!
