I think it was my old friend Jeanne Cook. I accused her of it in 1976 or so. She looked surprised, and I explained that anyone who threw overalls (jeans) into a cooking pot must be a Jeanne Cook. She was at most slightly amused, but it was still funnier than Murphy's Law
