Umm...there's just not all that much to it.

Cucumber, cut into fairly small chunks. Leaving the skin on makes the salad more colorful.

Tomato, also in small chunks. Sometimes cherry tomatoes, halved. Sweet onion, diced.

I like to use Kraft Zesty Italian salad dressing and plenty of it. Put it in the fridge for a few hours. Great side dish in the hot summertime.

The dressing is where you do your own thing, balsamic vinegar and a little olive oil, perhaps. Play around with it.
