On our last outing our awning was damaged. The insurance put it as wind damage. It was damaged by the rain about 4.5 inches in a couple of hours.
Any way to make a long story short. I called our insurance last week on Tuesday afternoon. The adjuster called me back the next morning. @0700hrs.
I got a confirmation letter on Friday. I got in Yesterday's mail a check to cover the costs of repairs
I have never had that quick of a responce from any insurance company.
