Why would you not monitor .52 underway except if actively using another frequency? Even if not I don't think it's much of an issue, at least not enough to merit a major effort to avoid. I have a "146.52" reflective decal from "Debbie Does Decals" and always monitor .52 mobile, never yet had a call prompted by it.
Anyway, I suspect that after a call or 2 a passerby would figure out you're not on freq.
