Default Greetings and Salutations

Greetings and salutations from the desert southwest.

Been into ham radio off and on (more off, to be honest) for a couple of decades, been into RV camping for a handful of years now. Recently got back into ham radio in a bigger way with C4FM, put some FTM-500s in the daily drivers (one of which is the tow vehicle) and am considering what to do to upfit my '19 Jayco SLX-7 174BH Baja Edition. Also mulling over trying to go for General, been a Technician the whole time and thus band-limited.

Also licensed for GMRS so we can talk within the family and can talk to other four wheelers and to those with FRS radios, but the GMRS/FRS spectrum is very congested here. Lot of GMRS licensees would be happier as hams.
