Default Hello from Portage Lakes, Ohio

Hello all,

Just thought I'd check in and let everyone know there's a new kid on the block!

I have been licensed since 1974, first as WN8QYT, followed by WB8QYT. My wife received her call KA8INA about 20 years ago but isn't active anymore. When the call K8INA came available, I changed to it so we could have "sort of" matching calls.

I have had many rigs, the most recent a KX3 and an IC7300. I enjoy digital modes, mainly PSK but always regretting getting rid of my old model 28ASR typing reperf for RTTY. I loved the clacking clack sound even though it drove the XYL crazy (or maybe because of!!).

Anyhow, nothing in the shack right now, just purchased a 2001 Holiday Rambler Admiral and hitting the snowbird trail in fail of this year (2019). Maybe see some of you out there. No particular destination, just here and there and everywhere....

73, Jeff K8INA and Diane KA8INA
