Default Need advice selling beam

I am going to sell a 10 element 2 meter yagi and am curious as to what you guys would list it for. It's both horizontally and vertically polarized. I am going to try locally first so I don't have to take it apart and ship it. If it's close enough, I could deliver it, in one piece, in my truck. Any suggestions?

I would try this. Go to eHam and put the brand and model in. See what others have been selling their equipment for. It will give you an idea, depending on condition, good or bad. Just a thought. I've done that myself on occassion.

Hope that helps.

73,
Jim

I didn't think about eHam. Thanks. I just did some google type searches. I don't really know the model number, but this will help.

So I would do this: Find a nice young ham who is into Skywarn, ARES and all that, really excited about the hobby and is learning and growing.

And give it to him. The satisfaction you will get is worth more than the antenna.

That's an idea too. A repeater I talk on from time to time has some new hams. Maybe I'll ask around.
