Default Enough already.

OK, I know my northern friends are complaining about all the snow, but here in Georgia, the former home of the Great Drought, we are sick of the rain and mud. Sink holes are opening up and eating homes and businesses, floods are washing away neighborhoods.

We had 5 vehicles in a driveway made for 3. The neighbors have a home for sale and have graciously allowed us to park 2 of them down the street. Besides, it makes that house look occupied.

Now the ruts (that weren't there during the drought) brought on by the endless rains will have a chance to fill back in again.

And moving the trailer out for a trip? No way, the truck would just spin right down to it's axles while plowing a pair of trenches to nowhere.

Phooey.

And we can't even build a snowman. (A house of adobe bricks, maybe...)

Well, as the doctor said when the minister complained of Dysentery:
"This too shall pass"

(TV Show, MASH,, Col. Potter was the doctor)

I'm only 3 miles from Georgia as I type and it's been a bit wet here too... IN moving the motor home I accidently went slightly (one tire) onto the shoulder Saturday.. Took me 20 minutes with a high pressure water shooter to clean the mud off the towed car.

(I did not have control issues with the motor home, thankfully)

Alas, Car is down again.. Ignition issues.. Just had that fixed appears the new part was either A: not new or B: Deffective or C: Both.

I agree.... been trying to frame up a shed for the last month. Finally got the concrete poured last week (waiting for almost three weeks).

Now it's supposed to rain again tonight. The ducks are having fun in the pond in my backyard though and I didn't even dig or want a pond!!
