Default Cooking Is Easy When You Don't Cook!

Cheese--Doesn't need to be fat free, eat REAL cheeses though! Yellow cheeses don't count! They are died. I don't understand why they feel the need to add dye to cheese...

Vegetables--Cheap veggies include cucumbers, carrots, celery, tomatoes, and bell peppers.

Fruits--strawberries, grapes, apples...and so-on

Bread--not sliced white or wheat bread, spring for some bakery stuff. Walmart has some good breads.

Condiments--Brianna's dressings are all natural and really good! Apple butter isn't just good on toast, y'all! Apple butter rocks on celery! Peanut butter--Look for the stuff that says "JUST PEANUTS". Did you know that many types of peanut butter have oddball things added? Check it out next time you're at the store. Just stand there and read some jars of peanut butter...

You don't have to eat meat for every meal...and don't cook the vegetables that you eat.

You'll dirty-up a knife, a cutting board (if it's really necessary to use one), a peeler, and a couple of plates. Not too many dishes!

You'll cure heartburn, as well as other digestive syndromes...and that's just for starters.

Eat meat, by all means. We're not vegetarians...we just don't eat meat every day. Want to keep from splattering grease all over your walls and counter when you're cooking ground beef? Use ground Buffalo! 1.5% fat means that you don't have a bunch of grease to deal with or drain!

YES it is more pricey, but you get what you pay for. This will also explain why we don't eat meat every day LOL.

When you watch the particular movies that we've seen.........just any old meat isn't good enough any more. "King Corn" and "Food, Inc" will make you take a second look at what you're eating and where you get it.

We rarely cook our veggies. If we do cook them, it is usually a sautee situation. The flavor is awesome, whether sauteed or uncooked.

Just wanted to share...
