Default I am the last to know these things...

Perhaps I would have believed the product was real a bit sooner if the "spokesperson" had a bit more credibility. But this thing is real. A ride-able ice chest that reportedly maxes out at 13 MPH.

But, the thing does exist, and in this economy if you've got the money you can have one:

http://www.cruzincooler.com/

It only has 3 wheels, so if you fall off of it, you've had enough.

This guy will probably tip on over any time now...

How many of you already own one of these?

No, the cooler-scooter runs on a battery. The operator is powered by beer.

One of these was raffled-off at a convention I attended about 6 years ago. The one that they raffled was powered by a small 2 cycle engine.

I think the thing was about worn out by the joy-riding contributor before it was turned over to the new owner.

I never did get a chance to ride it.

Ought to be pretty easy to build your own. Start with a cooler, a kid's scooter, and a motor --

I can attest to the fact it exists. I have actually seen them.

More than that I will not say.. But I have actually seen them on display, Quartsite as I recall likely 2007.

I think it's kind of neat, but McKayla is not impressed.

That's too funny. The girls are telling me that she is not happy with a lot of things!
