I am looking for the Shop / Service Manual for an "ONAN Emerald III Model 6.5nhefa26100e Genset" preferably in a .PDF or a downloadable link to the file.

Have you tried the company web site? As I recall I got all the manuals for my Onan direct from the web site.

I get bounced around there to Cummins where I get bounced some more and still can't get to the manual .

Glad you finally found it.

Once I was looking for manuals for my 21 year old lawn mower. After much frustration trying to do it the "right" way, I just typed in the model number to Google.

Bingo. And a bunch of parts houses that carried what I needed, too. It actually required two searches, one for the "Chassis" and another for the Briggs and Stratton engine. But both worked the same way.
