This is kind of the wrong thread for that question, but here goes --

The AM-494G/R power supply is the PP-638A/U. In the photo, the power supply is below the amp in the rack (power supply is the unit with three meters in its face). Amp runs two 4cx150 and puts out about 200 to 250 watts, though it's possible to increase it.

All this info came by Googling AM-494G/R; I've never seen one or heard of it until this morning.

Tucker Electronics in Garland TX has a manual for sale on eBay. Good folks, Tucker -- used to have a ham radio museum in the showroom, many years ago.

Thanks Carl I seem to have one of these things in my basement. Our radio club picked one up from an estate it had been tinkered and I put every thing back to the original wiring as per the diagram on the cover It's was on my veriac but I'm thinking I can't bring up the high voltage because of the lack of air flow at the low voltage I think I am seeing a sail switch in the interlock. I did see a manual on ebay I'm thinking it would be a good investment. Know any one that needs one it only weights about 200#?

Those were Vietnam vintage and were very popular for 2m... The local term was "Motorola Green Box". I know where one is... are you still looking for info?

They have custom stuff too. I once thought about having some ORR.net t shirts made up. Might still do that, someday.

Yes they were, 250 watts 150 MEG I found a boat load of info they will do 500 Watts with some tinkering. There are 6 meter range RF decks that were used with the amp also. There are mountings for a stacked arrangement with the receiver section. It has been sitting, back burner stuff good winter project coming up.
